general rules

The animals should be provided with a muzzle (not worn) as well as lead and health card.
The keeper is obliged to immediately clean the soil from organic droppings with any suitable equipment.
Dog bathing hours: 7:30 – 9:00 / 12:30 – 13:30 / 18:00 – 20:00
Conductors will still be liable for any damages or injury that may be caused by their pet.
Access is denied to the dogs in estrus period.

Access to the beach may only be allowed to dogs regularly registered with their respective canine registries, provided with a veterinary health certificate (“vaccination booklet” or other health document) attesting the annual check for the vermin and the annual vaccination for the following Diseases: “cimur”, “infectious canine hepatitis”, “leptospirosis” and “parvavirosis”. Puppies must have followed the anti-digestive treatment for ascaradas and, if older than 60 days, have started vaccination prophylaxis of the aforementioned diseases.
Dogs must be kept by owners or other temporary holders always in respect of animal welfare and public safety as provided by O.M. March 3, 2009 “for the protection of public safety from dog aggression” and can not be placed in enclosures or insured at fixed points except those within the perimeter of the shadow zones of the assigned umbrella; They must be fitted with a muzzle (not worn) and a leash to be used in case of need.
It is without prejudice to any other provision or limitation imposed by the Health Authority in application of the above mentioned O.M. March 3, 2009 and the Guidelines, once issued; The access of animals to the sea is prohibited (Trade Register no. 1654/2002)
